I contacted Perez regarding a mixing valve on my boiler, we were losing hot water. I spoke with Moises about the issue and he immediately diagnosed and ordered the part. He kept in contact with me regarding the status and booked the appointment seamlessly. Miguel came out and did an awesome job fixing it, awesome guy and did a great job! Very satisfied with the customer service and repair, highly recommend!

Cannot praise enough! But this says it all. Estimate on Friday afternoon, $3,700. Wasn't sure he could get one of his employees to work on his day off, but called back 20 minutes later and said he'd be there @ 8:00 AM Saturday! Arrived on time. Bill $2,800!!! Has that EVER happened for you? 24% less than original estimate? And It turns out that Moises, the owner of Perez Pluming, mentored both plumbers who were professional themselves when they explained that they couldn't fit such a big job into their schedules until the following week.
